Diversified

This technique focuses on quick, high- velocity, and low amplitude thrusts over fixated or restricted joints with the intention of restoring normal range of motion.

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

Also known as "muscle scraping," IASTM is a technique that focuses on mobilization and manipulation of the soft tissues. The skin, fascia, muscles, and tendons are targeted using different compressing strokes to address adhesions that may develop as the result of previous injuries, surgeries, or simply immobilization due to strains or decreases in activity levels.

Myofascial Decompression (Cupping)

Cupping is another technique focused on treating the soft tissues to increase overall flexibility by creating a vacuum at the target location using suction. The goal is to mobilize the skin, fascia, muscle and tendons much like muscle scraping by increasing swelling and overall blood flow.

Orthotics

Orthotics are designed to reduce stress placed on the feet. They can provide comfort and support where you need it most. They help with stability, reducing foot fatigue, plantar fasciitis and can even help minimize low back pain. Dr. Caleb utilizes Foot Levelers technology to determine imbalances between your feet. If you are interested in orthotics or would like to schedule a consultation, ask Dr. Caleb at your next appointment or schedule today.
